My buyer pulled out because of the survey. Will you re-survey?
We inspect the property ourselves, but there is no lender valuation and no retention, so survey findings do not end the purchase.
I am still under contract with an estate agent. Can I sell to you?
Check your agency agreement for sole-agency or sole-selling-rights periods. We can often wait until it lapses, or you may be able to end it by notice.
Will you match the price my buyer agreed?
